Privacy Policy for In Their Eyes
Last updated: August 19, 2026
In Their Eyes ("the app") is designed with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
We do not collect any data.
The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
Camera.
The app uses your device's camera to show real-time color blindness simulations. The camera feed is processed entirely on your device and in real time. Images from the camera are never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere unless you explicitly choose to save a photo.
Photos.
If you choose to save a simulation, the resulting image is written only to your own device's photo library. If you load a photo from your library to apply a filter, it is processed on your device and is not uploaded or shared. The app never accesses, uploads, or transmits your photo library contents.
No data leaves your device.
All processing happens locally on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
Children's privacy.
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.
